On Wednesday 14 July Nick Helm performed in the Empty Shops Project. He was previewing his Edinburgh show, Keep Hold of the Gold, which he will also be bringing back to Comedy Port in October.
The Empty Shops HQ was packed out, and everyone who braved the slightly inclement weather had a ball! Nick Helm was brilliant, and the audience really rose to his infectious brand of stand-up, featuring some ace songs, poems and gags, with a liberal dose of audience participation! It was really interesting to see comedy performed in such an unusual setting (big thanks to the Empty Shops Project team for helping us out), and watching the faces of some of the people who happened to wander past was most enjoyable!
Check out the pictures below, and remember to join us on Facebook for all the very latest goings on. Keep checking back for details of Nick’s performance in October.
KEEP HOLD OF THE GOLD!
